📊 How Each Strategy Works
Hot Numbers: Samples all 35 main balls with probability proportional to an exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) of each ball's appearances — recent draws count more, with a half-life of about 23 draws (~6 months). A small penalty is applied to numbers people commonly play (dates 1–31, "lucky" 7 and 11) so that any win is less likely to be split with other players.
Cold Numbers: Picks from the 10 least-drawn main balls and 5 least-drawn Powerballs. Based on the gambler's intuition that low-frequency balls are "overdue" — though in a fair random draw, past results never influence future ones.
Balanced Draw: Rejection-samples until the pick looks statistically typical: the sum of the 7 balls must sit between the 5th and 95th percentiles of all historical draw sums (bounds recomputed from the data as it grows), the odd/even and low/high (1–17 vs 18–35) splits must each be 2–5, and at most 3 consecutive-number pairs are allowed. Sampling is also weighted away from commonly played numbers to reduce prize-splitting.
True Random: Every valid combination has equal probability, generated with a cryptographic random source — exactly how the actual draw works. No frequency data, no weighting, no constraints.
